Legal & compliance

Code of Conduct

How everyone on the platform is expected to behave, and what is never acceptable.

Version 1.0Effective 21 August 2026

Respect

A booking brings two people into the same space. Both are entitled to courtesy and to be free from discrimination on the basis of nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, age or appearance. Discrimination in accepting, refusing or performing work is a breach of this code.

Safety

Nobody is expected to work in unsafe conditions or to remain in a situation where they feel unsafe. Either side may end a visit on safety grounds and report it in the app; reporting is always recorded and never held against the person who reported.

Privacy in the home

Photographs are taken only where the job requires them and only of what it requires. Do not record audio or video of people. Do not share anything you see in a home. A professional never needs a customer's personal contact details, and a customer is never obliged to give them.

Never acceptable

Harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment; threats or violence; theft or damage; being under the influence of alcohol or drugs; bringing an unannounced person to a job; asking for or offering payment outside the platform; and any conduct that is a crime in the Kingdom. Any of these ends the visit and the account, and where it is a crime we report it.

Reporting

Report a concern from the booking or from Support. Anything involving safety is reviewed the same day. If you are in immediate danger, contact the emergency services on 911 first.
