What we store on your device and in your browser, and what you can turn off.
In the mobile apps
The apps do not use browser cookies. They store a small amount of data on your device: your sign-in tokens in the operating system's secure keychain, your language and theme choice, and a cache of catalogue content so the app opens quickly. Signing out clears the tokens; deleting the app clears the rest.
Payment pages
A card payment or a 3-D Secure confirmation opens a secure page from our payment provider inside the app. That page sets cookies it needs to complete the payment and to prevent fraud. They are strictly necessary and we cannot switch them off without breaking payment.
On our website
Our public pages — including this one — use only what is strictly necessary to serve the page and keep it secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we ever add anything beyond the strictly necessary we will ask for your consent first and you will be able to decline without losing access to the page.
Analytics and diagnostics
We collect crash diagnostics and basic usage counts to find defects and to see which screens are slow. These are tied to a device, not to your name, and you can opt out in Settings → Privacy without losing any feature.
