The agreement between you and Tasko as an independent service professional.
Your status
You provide services as an independent professional or company, not as an employee of Tasko. You decide which jobs to accept and when to be available. Nothing here creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship, and you are responsible for your own tax, insurance and any licence your trade requires in the Kingdom.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally entitled to work in the Kingdom, and able to pass identity verification. A company must hold a valid Commercial Registration and name an authorised signatory whose identity is also verified. You must tell us if a licence or registration you rely on lapses.
Accepting and performing work
An accepted job is a commitment. Arrive within the agreed window, work only within the booked scope, raise a quotation in the app for anything beyond it, and record completion where the service requires it. Never ask a customer for cash, never take a customer off-platform, and never share a customer's address or contact details with anyone.
Fees and payment
Tasko retains a platform commission on the gross value of each job; your current rate is shown in the app and any change is notified in advance. The balance, less any amount the law requires us to withhold, is paid to your registered bank account on the payout schedule in the Payout Policy.
Suspension and termination
Either side may end this agreement with notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for a safety incident, fraud, harassment, working while unverified, taking payment off-platform, or any criminal conduct. Amounts you have already earned for completed work remain payable, less any sums properly owed to us or to a customer.
