Payout Policy

When your earnings are released, how they reach your bank, and what can hold a payout.

Version 1.0Effective 21 August 2026

Your bank account

Payouts go to a Saudi IBAN in your own name, or in the company's name for an organization account. We verify the IBAN before the first payout. A third party's account is not accepted.

When earnings become available

An amount is earned when the job is completed and paid by the customer. It becomes available for payout after a short holding period that covers the customer's window to raise a problem. Your app shows, per job, what is pending and what is available.

The payout schedule

Available balances are paid on the weekly payout run. A payout typically reaches a Saudi bank account within 1 to 3 working days of the run; that period is the banking system's. Every payout has a statement in the app listing the jobs it covers, the commission deducted and any adjustment.

Deductions and adjustments

We deduct the platform commission, any amount refunded to a customer for a job you performed, any penalty applied under the Service Standards, and any amount the law requires us to withhold. A negative balance is carried to the next payout rather than collected from you, unless it arises from fraud.

What can hold a payout

An unverified or mismatched IBAN, a lapsed verification, an open dispute or fraud review covering the jobs in question, or a legal order. We tell you which of these applies and what will release it. A held payout is not a cancelled one.

Queries

Raise a payout query from the statement in the app within 60 days. We respond within 5 working days.
