Warranty Policy

The workmanship guarantee, what it covers, and how to claim.

Version 1.0Effective 21 August 2026

The workmanship warranty

Work booked through Tasko carries a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date the job is completed, unless the service page states a longer period. If the same fault recurs because of how the work was done, we arrange a return visit at no charge to you.

What it covers

Defects in how the service was performed: a repair that did not hold, an installation that was not secured correctly, a clean that did not meet the described standard. Where the same professional is available they return; where not, we send another at the same standard.

What it does not cover

Manufacturer defects in parts or appliances — those follow the manufacturer's own warranty, and we give you the documentation. Normal wear, a new and unrelated fault, damage caused after the visit, work you or a third party altered afterwards, and pre-existing conditions the professional recorded and told you about at the time.

How to claim

Open the booking, choose Get help, and describe the fault with photographs. Claim inside the warranty window. We assess within 2 working days and either book the return visit or explain why the claim falls outside the warranty — and if it does, we tell you what the fix would cost before anything is booked.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not reduce, the rights Saudi consumer-protection law gives you.
